Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard U.S. delivery usually arrives within 3 to 5 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination. In some cases, severe weather, natural disasters, or other unexpected carrier delays may extend delivery times beyond normal estimates.

Opened or used fragrance oils are not eligible for return because of product hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened items may be returned according to our return policy.
