At MoBetter Fragrance Oils, we want you to feel confident about every order. If you are not satisfied, please review the policy below.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for an eligible unopened item.

 

Opened or used fragrance oils are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

 

To start a return, contact us at contact@mobetterfragranceoils.com and include your order number and the reason for the request. We will reply with return instructions.

 

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was shipped.

 

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@mobetterfragranceoils.com with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. This helps us review the problem quickly and, if needed, file a claim with the shipping carrier.

 

After review, we will work with you on the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund when appropriate. Please keep the item and original packaging until the review is complete, as additional documentation may be required.
